Return & Exchanges
At Bemo Mart, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items such as opened protein powders, snacks, beauty products, personal care items, and kids’ products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Bemo Mart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
